I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and A4M Certified Integrative provider. I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal state of health and wellbeing. With a Master of Science in Nutrition Education as well as Master of Science in the field of Physician Assistant, I offer the unique ability to provide evidence-based nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations with a in depth understanding of medicine.

My Approach

Every person is unique. There is no “one-size fits all” approach to optimal health. I offer a variety of testing to determine the best diet and lifestyle for YOU. Some examples of these tests are genetic testing, gut microbiome testing, toxin testing, food allergy and sensitivity testing, etc.

I help patients of all ages achieve their individual goals, whether you are trying to lose weight, increase your lifespan/health span, prevent or manage a chronic health condition, or simply to the healthiest version of you.

Functional and genomic testing

Functional tests go a step further than traditional testing. They can detect imbalances or dysfunctions before they manifest as symptoms or illness. Ex: micronutrient testing, gut microbiome testing, toxin burden testing, food allergy and sensitivity testing, etc.

Genetic testing allows individuals to know what they are predisposed to and how they metabolize certain nutrients. It allows for providers to make informed recommendations tailored to each individual.

Turning knowledge into reality can be difficult. My goal is to help empower and guide you in the process of implementing lifelong improvements to your diet and lifestyle. I do this by one-on-one or family counseling, and by regular follow up as a tool for accountability.

Not only do individuals have different health and nutrition needs, but they also have different schedules, finances, food preferences and beliefs.
